I cannot think of a better way to treat your Mother on Mother’s day, than with some great tools for a spa day.

A day at the spa is great, but when you can bring those spa treatments home with you and get a bit of that self-care everyday, the benefit is huge. One of my favorite self care rituals is dry brushing. Dry brushing is great for the lymphatic system, it can help flaky winter skin, increase circulation, detoxify, and even help digestion. All you need is a dry brush and a good moisturizer after your shower. Happy Mother’s Day!
